It has come to our attention that the man involved in hitting Jim Ross‘ wife Jan on her Vespa, ultimately killing her, will have no charges filed against him. The driver didn’t even lose his license.
This morning norman judge Steven Stice felt compelled to dismiss vehicular homicide charge against the 17 year old in my wife Jan’s death. The state objected to no avail.
The driver never even lost his drivers license.

Queen’s Decree – I specifically didn’t want to be the one to post this, as I seem to end up posting a lot of bad news (though Botch did a lot of rough ones this week), but I needed to queen-up and do it. Now, I don’t know all the inside information about the accident that took Jan’s, but it seems strange to me that the driver didn’t even have his license suspended over this. I don’t want to get political here, but our judicial system in this country is quite broken, and this is just one more bit of proof. Our hearts and love go out to JR who has struggled through a lot over the past year.
