Even with the man himself insisting so for months now, did you really think Chris Jericho’s run in New Japan Pro Wrestling was a “One and Done” type deal?
At NJPW’s Wrestling Dontako Night Two event, Tetsuya Naito lingered at ringside after Los Ingobernables de Japon’s victory over Suzuki-gun in ten-man tag team action when a masked man decked out in LIJ gear jumped the rail and attacked him. That masked man was…you guessed it, Chris Jericho!
Jericho wound up splitting open Naito with the ring bell so we should warn you that the following video is NSFW:

Jericho tweeted moments after the attack:

Sir Mitch Says: Jericho vs Naito is now officially going to happen, but it’s unclear if it will happen at NJPW’s Dominion show in Osaka next month or the G1 Special in San Fransisco show in July? However, I’m sure it won’t be long before we find out!
