WWE has announced the latest additions to this year’s Mae Young Classic. The four women are Zeuxis, Isla Dawn, Lacey Lane, and Karen Q.
Zeuxis is a masked luchadora and has dubbed herself the “Puerto Rican Power” and she has won titles in Japan and Mexico. Isla Dawn is currently signed to NXT UK and was featured in the WWE UK Championship special from June. Lacey Lane is a new member of NXT and is a former college basketball player. Lane also trained at the Team 3D Academy prior to being signed by WWE. Karen Q has a master’s degree and has wrestled for wrestling promotions such as Victory Pro Wrestling and Ring of Honor where she was in the first round of the ROH Women of Honor Championship Tournament where she was eliminated by Brandi Rhodes.
These women will join these previously announced names: Deonna Purrazzo, Io Shirai, Jessie Elban, Jinny, Kacy Cantazaro, Kaitlyn, Kavita Devi, Killer Kelly, Mercedes Martinez, Mia Yim, Nicole Matthews, Reina Gonzalez, Rhea Ripley, Taynara Conti, and Tegan Nox.
