Sadly, Tegan has gone down with an injury. In her match against Rhea Ripley, she apparently injured her right knee very badly. The referee threw up the “X” sign to signify that Tegan was legitimately injured. You can see some of the aftermath in the following video from a Twitter user:

Tegan has injured at last year’s tournament as well. There, she suffered an ACL tear in her other knee that kept her on the shelf for 9 months. ACL tears are a very bad thing so, of course, we wish her a speedy and complete recovery.
Botch Take: Ouch! The screaming! There’s no way this isn’t serious.
