Triple H On Neville

Ten months ago Neville walked out of the WWE rather than lose a Lumberjack Match to Enzo.  Kalisto ended up doing the job.  There have been many reports about Neville being unhappy with the direction of his character.  The WWE has refused to release Neville from his contract, and while there have been rumors that Neville walked out on his job, especially after he and his wife moved back to the UK, but the WWE denies this.

In a recent conference call about TakeOver Brooklyn, Triple H was asked about Neville and this is what he had to say on the matter:

“To be honest, I’m not 100% positive, I would need to go back and look into that.”

Triple H was also asked about the possibility of Neville being used for the WWE’s UK brand:

“You are 100% right, [Neville] is one of the most talented guys in the world,” Triple H admitted. “I love the time that he spent with us in NXT, he did a great job of building up the Cruiserweight division on 205 [Live]. Time will see where that ends up.”.

QD – This whole thing has been a sad mess.  Neville is one of the most talented superstars the WWE had to offer.  His ring work is downright amazing, and after he was turned heel, he was one of the most over superstars on the roster.  The problem I have is the same with any superstar who takes their ball and goes home over not wanting to job to someone.  I was down on Austin for a long time after he stopped off in a tizzy.  This is a job, and they are grown-ups, so it’s time to act like one.  Personally there are posts I don’t want to make here on WR, but it’s my job, and so I do them.  Same with my fiber arts business, there are some weaving patterns I loathe, but when commissioned to do them, I smile and get them done.
