Tessa Blanchard isn’t waiting for her wrestling career to happen, she’s stepping up and making it happen for herself by signing with WOW, Women of Wrestling!
Blanchard was born into the industry as a third generation wrestler, the daughter of Tully Blanchard, granddaughter of Joe Blanchard, and even the step-daughter of Magnum T.A. Her genetics are one thing, but she took what she was born with and ran with it. At only 22-years-old, she’s held championships in the USA, Mexico, and Japan. She’s currently the champion of Impact Wrestling, out of Canada
WOW live event tapings will take place on October 10th and 11th in Los Angeles. As off 2019 AXS TV will be recording WOW for broadcasting as of 2019.
QD – This past weekend my cousin was visiting and watching Raw with me. She’s not watched pro wrestling since the 90s. She was floored by what she saw the women doing in the ring. The Bellas annoyed her, but the rest left her very impressed. I cannot wait to show her Blanchard, as she will remember her family members, and is loving all this growth in womens’ wrestling. It appears I have her hooked again, and she has no clue what she’s in for when it comes to these amazing women. I’m sure the WWE will be trying to get their hands on Blanchard, though I’m glad she’s doing her own thing.
