Upset About Crown Jewel? Here’s What You Can Do!

As reported earlier here on Wrestle Royalty, WWE has made the decision to go ahead and hold their Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia. Fans have been wondering how to make an impact to WWE to get across that we are not happy with this decision. So here is a list of major sponsors, along with addresses and other ideas, to contact and inform them that you will be boycotting their companies until they pull all sponsorship from the WWE for going to Saudi Arabia:

Cancel your WWE Network Subscription:
In the reason why box, put that you are cancelling for the fact they are going ahead with the event in Saudi Arabia, even after pressure to either move or cancel from top superstars, political figures, and fans alike.

These are only a handful of sponsors WWE has, but cover over 80% of their advertising across all programs. When contacting WWE, here is a guideline for what should be included in the letter and/or email:

  • Name, Address, and Phone Number
  • I, name here, am informing you of my intent, as well as thousands of others, to boycott WWE Programming, as well as cancel my WWE Network Subscription effective immediately. The decision your company has made to go ahead and keep Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia following the atrocity that took place by their government in the murder of Jamal Khashoggi and subsequent cover up goes against my moral values and I cannot condone and/or support a company that refuses to act.

WWE is a massive worldwide conglomerate with an opportunity to make a political statement that they will not stand for these human rights violations. Instead, you have chosen to go ahead and proceed with the event and put money ahead of human rights. If/when your company decides to change their mind and cancel and/or move all future events from Saudi Arabia, I will be more than happy to return to your programming and subscribe once again to the WWE Network.

  • Include screenshot of cancellation
  • Keep it civil! Do NOT make any threats against the company!

When contacting the sponsors, here is a guide as to what to include in the letter and/or email:

  • Name, Address, and Phone Number
  • I, name here, am choosing to boycott your company until you make the decision to remove any and all ads and sponsorship from WWE programming. This is due to their decision to go ahead with the planned Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia despite the heinous atrocity that took place in the murder and subsequent coverup of Washington Post Journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
  • Again, keep it civil! Do NOT make threats against the companies!

This may not seem like a lot, however, just a few thousand boycotting sponsors can make a difference. When WWE starts losing ad revenue, they will see that we, the WWE Universe, are serious about this event taking place.
