None of these questions will be answered by either Hulk Hogan or by tonight’s episode of “Monday Night Raw”


Raw Results:

Raw starts with a brawl between Bobby Lashely and Seth Rollins that starts in the tunnel leading to the Guerrilla position. Superstars and staff try to break them apart but the brawl leads out to the stage area. They are finally able to be separated after a strong effort from the superstars and staff.

John Cena makes his way down to the ring and talks about how he won’t miss out on Wrestlemania this year. He says that he will enter the 2019 Royal Rumble and is then interrupted by Drew McIntyre. McIntyre says that he cares about Cena’s multiple title reigns, his main events at Wrestlemania and that Vince McMahon called him the greatest of all time. McIntyre then says that he has a reputation for taking out the greats and that Cena can check with the Shield, Dolph Ziggler or Kurt Angle so Cena can see what he is capable of. Cena then says that he has heard this all before and asks McIntyre what makes him different that anybody else. McIntyre says he can say what he will do but will show him instead. Lio Rush then comes out and talks about how Seth Rollins is out of control. Lio says he will get a lawyer and Raw is cancelled until something is done about Seth Rollins. Rollins comes out of nowhere to attack Lashley and then Dean Ambrose joins in by attacking Seth. Finn Balor then comes down and attacks McIntyre and hits a tope con hilo on everybody on the outside as they go to commercial.

Seth Rollins sees Triple H talking to Sasha Banks and Bayley in the back and makes his way towards him. Seth slaps a cup out of Triple H’s hand and demands a match with Dean Ambrose for the Intercontinental Title tonight. Triple H grants him the match and makes it falls count anywhere. Triple H then says welcome back to Seth.

Raw comes back from commercial and shows a video package of various tweets honoring Mene Gene Okerland. It is then followed by a ten bell salute in honor of Mean Gene. Hulk Hogan then makes his way out to the ring for his tribute to Gene. Hogan talks about how he came out in full character because that it how Mean Gene would have wanted it and that he loved to entertain everybody. A video package is then showed highlighting Gene’s career throughout the years. Hogan then says that he can speak for everyone and says that they all love him brother. The crowd starts chanting “Thank You Mean Gene” and Hogan begins to go into his “Let me tell you something Mean Gene” one last time.

Olympic Glory (Chad Gable & Bobby Roode) def. The Revival to retain the Raw Tag Team Titles

Elias is in the ring prior to his match with Baron Corbin and plays a song. He starts talking about his 2018 and how he dropped an album and sold out MSG among his accomplishments. Elias announces that he will be in the 2019 Royal Rumble and that he will win it. He begins to play a song about Baron but is interrupted by Corbin before he can really get into it. Corbin begins cutting a promo on Elias and says he will be in the Royal Rumble and that he, not Elias, will win it. Elias tells Corbin to shut his mouth and that leads into their match.

Dean Ambrose is in the back and he cuts a promo on his match with Seth Rollins. He talks about how he needs to win this so he can keep being the moral compass. He says that he is the only person that he can trust because he is the moral compass. He says it hurts him to have to hurt Seth but he did what he had to do and that if Seth wins the title, it will be the end for everybody. Ambrose says he will end it tonight and burn Seth Rollins down.

Braun Strowman makes his way down to the ring for his face-to-face with Brock Lesnar. He takes a mic but before he speaks, he hands it back and is simply ready for a fight. Heyman and Lesnar are backstage and Heyman begins to talk about Strowman’s wanting of a face-to-face with Lesnar. Heyman says that Brock is not coming down to the ring because of “card subject to change”. Braun tells them that he is standing there and waiting for him and tells Brock that he is hiding behind his advocate. Braun starts taunting Brock and calls him a coward for not coming out to face him. Brock then starts to walks towards the entrance way and he makes his way out to the ring. Brock circles the ring and walks up the ramp and Strowman gets on the mic and says that he will win the title at the Royal Rumble.

Ember Moon & Apollo Crews def. Alicia Fox & Jinder Mahal

Alexa Bliss comes out for the debut of her talk show A Moment of Bliss and she calls for coffee before starting a video package for her first guest, Ronda Rousey. Alexa then introduces Ronda Rousey and she asks Ronda to tell her about her 2018 and what is next for her. Ronda talks about the unsung hero of the women’s division and says it is Sasha Banks. Alexa then says she thought she was talking about her and Nia Jax comes out to interrupt. Nia says that she wants a rematch for the title and then Sasha Banks comes out. Sasha says she would love to face her for the title. Sasha then challenges Nia to a match and she walks down to the ring to wait for her.

Dean Ambrose def. Seth Rollins to retain the Intercontinental Title in a Falls Count Anywhere match due to interference by Bobby Lashley. After the match, Lio Rush grabs a table and they set it up in the ring. Lashley puts Rollins through the table with a spinebuster. Lashley poses and Lio trash talks as Raw comes to a close.
