Batista took on Triple H in a No Holds Barred match with Triple H’s career on the line at Wrestlemania and he would come up short in that match. It would seem that this will now be the final time we see Batista in the ring as he took to Twitter to announce his retirement. He thanked the WWE fans in his Tweet and you can view it below.

S.A.M.’s Spiel: I am not surprised at all that this was his final match. He had stated that he wanted to face Triple H and I cannot imagine another opponent he would have wanted to have his final match again. This won’t be the last we see of Batista as he is sure to be inducted into the Hall of Fame some time in the future.
