Impact Wrestling News: Stars Not Working Under Contract, Others Wish To Leave

Some interesting news and notes regarding talents currently working for Impact Wrestling!

Jordynne Grace has been a regular with Impact Wrestling since October 2018 and the word at the time was that she had signed a two-year contract with the promotion, Grace actually remains a free agent. Impact has been communicating with Grace, trying to lock her into a deal but given that she has not officially signed anywhere, Grace would technically be able to field offers from other promotions as well.

From what we are hearing, Impact management has been trying to lock her down to a exclusive contract, but it seems like Grace enjoys the freedoms and income freelancing provides her.

There are also reports surfacing that Scarlett Bordeaux wishes to leave Impact Wrestling. We reported last week that Scarlett’s real-life boyfriend Killer Kross wanted to Impact to release him from his contract as he believed he could make more money elsewhere.

Before signing with Impact, WWE and NJPW were reported to be interested in signing Kross!

Sir Mitch Says: Well, this certainly explains why Impact didn’t put their Women’s Title on Grace at their last PPV.

As far as Kross and Bordeaux go, I’m sure both probably wish to go to AEW as they would be paid better and be able to keep working for AAA in Mexico. But it is unlikely Impact will release them.
