Fans Had Issues With WWE Network During Second Hour Of NXT Live, WWE Issues Apology

Many fans seemed to have problems watching the second hour of NXT Live on the WWE Network myself included.

We asked a few fans on Twitter about whatever issues they were having and here is what they had to say:

It seems for fans we asked, it was only a minor inconvenience that was eventually resolved, but for fans posting freely about their issues with WWE’s streaming service it was a whole other story:

It seems like for thousands of fans, they either missed big chunks of NXT or they in my case we’re unable to watch it at all.

Triple H addressed issues fans were having during the post-show conference call:

“I heard about it. I don’t believe, from my understanding of what I’ve heard, I don’t believe it was a massive widespread thing. Bad news travels fast, but I don’t believe it was as big as it was put out there to be. I think there was a select grouping of people that couldn’t log in. The great thing is, once the issue was addressed and fixed, they could log right in and you can go back and watch it on demand and watch it whenever you want. With the platform comes glitches and issues. They’re in the process of figuring it all out and hopefully, it’s something that’ll never happen again.”

WWE for their part did issue an apology:

You may have experienced a technical issue with WWE Network earlier this evening. The matter has been resolved, and you can now access the Network and watch tonight’s episode of NXT on demand. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

This is not the first time fans have experienced issues with the recently revamped WWE Network as thousands of fans complained of the exact same issues during SummerSlam weekend and during Clash Of Champions.

Sir Mitch Says: I must say, that ever since the Network was moved to a new server and revamped everything I have had a lot of technical issues both on my Macbook and via the app on my iPad and Firestick. The new system WWE is using seems to be full of bugs and as much as Triple H is trying to downplay it, I fear the issue may indeed be widespread as half of WR’s staff  (who are spread out throughout different parts of the U.S. and the world) had problems logging into their accounts.
