Mauro Ranallo Will Not Be On NXT Commentary This Week

To the surprise of absolutely no one, Mauro Ranallo looks like he is skipping NXT this week.

According to multiple reports, Mauro is still quite upset at Corey Graves for publicly tweeting criticism of his commentary during NXT Takeover: War Games last weekend and despite a friendly back and forth between him and WWE, he has decided to stay home.

This, of course, goes against the narrative WWE tried to push via Michael Cole during Survivor Series (where Mauro was meant to call the NXT Title match between Adam Cole and Pete Dunn) that he had blown his voice calling the War Games match at Takeover and he would be calling the action for NXT on USA this week.

Sir Mitch Says: I already voiced my opinions on this whole saga in my latest House Of M article that featured a guest blurb from WOW commentator Stephen Dickey (which you can read here https://wrestleroyalty.com/2019/11/26/corey-graves-is-a-twitter-troll-playing-trolling-victim/ ) so I will just say I hope Mauro is ok and with supportive friends and family.
