Sunday, October 25th

Hell in A Cell took place which ended with the following results:

R-Truth defeats Drew Gulak to retain 24/7 Championship

Ali leads a backstage Retribution promo looking for a match tonight against The Hurt Business

Roman Reigns defeats Jey Uso after Jey refuses to say it for himself and was knocked out, until after much crying and soul searching Reigns locks a choke on Jimmy Uso.  Jey comes to and says, “I quit” to save his brother.  Afa and Sika on stage put the lei around RR’s neck.

Elias defeats Jeff Hardy when Jeff broke a guitar over Elias’ back outside the ring.

Miz defeats Otis to win the MITB contract after Tucky turned on Otis and hit him in the head with the case after JoMo was tossed out of ringside.

Randy Orton defeats Drew McIntyre to win the WWE Championship in HIAC!

Monday, October 26th

ThunderDome Needs to Move

It was announced that WWE will need to find a new home for the ThunderDome as their contract expires on Tuesday, November 24th. There is still no update about locations beyond what we initially reported.

Marty Scurll Gone from ROH

Due to allegations of sexual misconduct, Marty Scurll was removed as Ring of Honor’s head booker and from the company as a whole.

Tuesday, October 27th

Tucker Moving or Not?

Initially, following Monday Night Raw, Tucker’s profile was changed back to SmackDown. We weren’t sure what this meant in the beginning as WWE wants a feud between he and Otis, but since, his profile has been changed back to Raw.

Wednesday, October 28th

COVID Outbreak Strikes WWE Performance Center

There was a reported outbreak of COVID-19 among those at the Performance Center the previous Friday. To date, WWE has still yet to comment on this news and confirm/deny the report. We’re not sure exactly what changes were needed for Halloween Havoc, but apparently there was something.

Tracy Smothers Passes Away

We were saddened to learn of the passing of Tracy Smothers. He was active in WCW, WWE, and ECW during his prime. He was best known for being a member of The Full Blooded Italians until 2000.

NXT Results

Johnny Gargano defeats Damian Priest to win the North American Championship.  Gargano is the first and only two-time North American Champion!

Grimes freaking out backstage and Regal comes upon him and tells Grimes to go to the parking lot.  Grimes tweaked the whole time.

Pat McAfee with Loran and Burch gives a promo in the ring.  O’Reilly comes out.  They mock him for being alone.  Out comes Dunne to back him, handing Strong a chair.  Into the ring and the three heels to the apron, as O’Reilly approaches them, Dunne hits O’Reilly with the chair and all four of them take him apart.

Regal sends Grimes out the door.  A van pulls up with a zombie in the passenger seat.  Out came Hayes!  Grimes gets in the van and it pulls away.

Escobar defeats Atlas while dressed as Rey Mysterio – his tights were purple with black patent question marks.  All members had some Day of The Dead skulls painted on themselves.

Much darkness and crashing and Grimes gets out of the house and back into the van, but Lumis is in the driver’s seat.  Grimes gets out and takes off running.

Rhea Ripley defeats Raquel Gonzalez after a really hard-fought battle!

Drake as Hogan, then someone else as Giant and someone else as Yeti, then Dain came in as ShockMaster and they get into a whole discussion about why he should have tripped and fallen.

Grimes in the cemetery next to the ring, and is chased out by female crawling contortionists (probably wrestlers) into the ring.  Lumis comes in and is all over Grimes.  As it happens more and more smoke fills the ringside area, and into the ring.  Grimes begs for mercy and one of the contortionists climbs Lumis like he’s a tree.  When she’s on his shoulders, he throws her onto Grimes.  Lumis grabs Grimes and chokes him out and more zombies crawl around the ring, around Lumis.

Friday, October 30th

Streaming Goes Dark for WWE Talent

The edict regarding full takeover/shutdown of streaming accounts took effect. This resulted in many talent taking to social media and blasting WWE. In an update, we have learned that multiple talent met personally with Vince McMahon on Thursday in a last ditch attempt to get him to change his mind, but he wouldn’t budge.

Stings Merchandise Removed from WWE

All of Sting’s merchandise was removed from WWE Shop sometime late Thursday. The exact reason is unknown, but it is assumed that his merchandise contract has expired with WWE.

In a storyline move, WWE reported that following the attack by Jey Uso on SmackDown, he has suffered a bruised kidney and several other contusions.
