Chris Jericho shared some interesting news during the latest episode of his podcast, Talk is Jericho. Dr Alex Patel, a critical care ICU doctor based in Toronto, Canada, was the guest for the episode as the two men talked about the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to Jericho tested positive for the coronavirus around September, but had no symptoms:
“It’s interesting because I haven’t really told anyone this, but I tested positive maybe back in September. I had zero symptoms. I had my 10 days in isolation and stayed away from everybody. I didn’t have a symptom, I didn’t even know I had it. I went and got a test in general and they said I was positive. I was like, ‘Really? Are you serious? I didn’t have anything, I didn’t have a headache, I didn’t have a cough, which I guess is a very lucky thing. On top of that, once I did have it, it wasn’t a false positive, I took three different tests and they’re all positive. Now, I have the antibodies.”
Sir Mitch Says: Once again WR people, PLEASE take this pandemic seriously. Wear a mask when you are out and about, get tested if you have symptoms and follow the medical advice of your local authorities. Yes, Vaccines are finally here, but it will be months (maybe years) before enough of the world population have been vaccinated and we can get back to any sort of normal!
