Steve Cutler was called up to Smackdown along former members Wesley Blake and Jaxson Ryker, but was pulled from TV after controversial tweets from Ryker. Cutler and Blake was briefly brought back last December as King Corbin’s ‘Knights of the Lone Wolf’, however shortly after, both men were pulled once again.
After his release, Cutler had this to say:-
Unfortunately, today I was released. It was shocking, to say the least. But, I am excited about the future and all the possibilities in front of me.
Thanks for your continued support.

It’s rumoured that Cutler had heat from Vince McMahon after a positive COVID test in early January, which was made public by Impact Wrestling’s Knockout’s Champion and partner, Deonna Purrazzo.
Lord Lewis Dictates: It really is a shame, things just never went right for Cutler in WWE, all of which were out of his hands. He seems positive and I hope wherever he ends up, he can find more success than he ever did in WWE. While I was never a fan of The Forgotten Sons, I was interested to see where Corbin and his henchmen would go. What this means for Blake is uncertain, but personally a trip to NXT to find himself again could do him wonders.
